As you probably know, my sour cream and onion chips are d-e-l-i-c-i-o-u-s. If you haven’t tried them yet, you should probably grab a bag. (Or two). Anyway… we were having a little get-together and serving up some queso. Everyone else was dipping tortilla chips, but I had what I thought was a genius idea... I dipped my sour cream and onion chips instead! Now that was really d-e-l-i-c-i-o-u-s.
I thought I had invented something special, so I went to tell the rest of the fam. They listened politely, then said, “You know they already make sour cream chips with cheese, right?” Turns out I was a little late to the party. But that doesn’t mean I showed up empty-handed. I did it the Joe way and mixed sour cream with cheddar cheese into one seriously d-e-l-i-c-i-o-u-s chip. Open the bag and find out. Just don’t be surprised if you end up with cheesy fingers.
